Seville is Andalusia in its purest form

But no one can deny that the culture of a place is the fruit of its history and that its traditions are the result of the civilizations that have passed through it. That’s why Seville is also Al-Andalus, one of Europe’s biggest cultural hubs. Medieval civilization and its wealth has contributed to Seville being what it is today. We want to remember the gastronomic heritage that Al-Andalus left in this land.

THE KITCHEN OF LA ALCOBA IS AS SEVILLIAN AS THE TOWER OF GOLD

History and tradition of La Alcoba

For our family, the cuisine is the fruit of the Muslim tradition that floods our roots and the Christian customs we have grown up with, making La Alcoba the perfect representation of the spirit of Al-Andalus.

Al-Andalus brought with it not only impressive architecture that is a cultural key to the city, nor just the influence of art and craftsmanship that today flood its streets. More than 5 centuries of Andalusian tradition marked a deep footprint in all aspects of the life of this land.
